<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic-inorganic lamination type barrier laminate showing low steam permeability and excellent adhesion. <P>SOLUTION: The barrier laminate has at least an organic layer and at least an inorganic layer wherein the organic layer is composed of a polymer obtained by curing a crosslinkable acrylate monomer, for example, 1,9-nonanediol diacrylate or 2-butyl-2-ethyl-1,3-propanediol diacrylate by irradiating ultraviolet rays of a high-pressure mercury vapor lamp in vacuum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
