<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic substrate firing sheet not only capable of preventing the fusion upon firing of many ceramic raw sheets to a ceramic substrate but also capable of performing the uniform carrying of irreducibly minimum ceramic powder, capable of being inserted into a space between ceramic raw sheets inexpensively with high operability, and further increasing the heat efficiency of a firing furnace. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic substrate firing sheet 10 is fired together with many ceramic raw sheets while being interposed in a space between the ceramic raw sheets and prevents the fusion between the fired respective ceramic substrates, and the ceramic substrate firing sheet 10 is equipped with: a carrying film 11; a carrying layer 12 stuck to at least one surface of the film 11; and ceramic powder 13 carried on the surface of the carrying layer 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
