The present invention relates to a waste crusher capable of preventing various accidents and minimizing material damages. More particularly, the present invention relates to a waste crusher including: a hopper rotated by power transferred from an engine unit mounted on one part of the upper surface of a movable main body unit, having a cylindrical shape with an open upper portion and a closed inner bottom portion on a top surface of the main body unit to introduce a certain amount of wastes into the inside of the hopper; a hammer mill mounted at a lower part of a penetrating unit penetrated in a certain size at one portion of the inner bottom surface of the hopper, in which a plurality of hammers are coupled to the outer circumference of the hammer mill to protrude from a top surface of the bottom of the hopper, thereby hitting and crushing the wastes introduced into the inside of the hopper when the hammer is rotated; and a semi-cylindrical screen net having a plurality of pores to discharge the wastes smaller than a predetermined size among the wastes crushed by the hammer mill, and fixed to cover the hammer mill from the bottom of the hammer mill. Especially, the screen net has a double screen net structure divided into first and second screen nets overlapped in the vertical direction. Only the second screen net disposed under the first screen net is horizontally moved back and forth in a state that the first screen net is fixed, thus the pores formed at the two screen nets are totally or partially overlapped with each other so as to adjust a size of the pore of the first screen net for discharging the crushed wastes. A scattering prevention unit is mounted at the top of the hopper to prevent the wastes, crushed by the hammer mill rotating at high speed in the hopper, from deviating out of the hopper and scattering to the outside. |
