The present invention relates to a system and a method for transmitting and accelerating data, and a recording medium having a program to provide the same. According to the present invention, the method is configured to transmit and accelerate the data when a client (100) is connected with a server (200) through a communication link (300), and a relay server (400) is formed at the server (200) to transceive accelerated data between the client (100) and the server (200). The method includes the steps of: (S100) installing an application (110) to create data and an acceleration application (120) to accelerate the created data in the client (100); (S110) allowing the client (100) to request data transmission to the server (200) after creating the data to be transmitted using the application (110); (S150) allowing the acceleration application (120) to apply an acceleration algorithm to the data to be transmitted, which is created by the application (110), and to transform a present protocol to an acceleration protocol if the data to be transmitted is data requiring acceleration (S120), and to preliminarily designate the relay server (400) as a receiver; and (S160) allowing the relay server (400) to receive the transmitted data and transmit the relevant data to an address of the server (200). |
