The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a spindle for transferring the rotation power to a rolling mill. The apparatus for fixing a spindle comprises: an inserting frame unit which is inserted between upper and lower spindles and is pressed by the load of the upper spindle while pressing the lower spindle to fix the positions of the upper and lower spindles; and a supporting unit which supports the inserting frame unit to allow the inserting frame unit to be located between the upper and lower spindles, thereby preventing the spindle from moving.
