The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vehicle hand control device for the disabled having a simple structure and enabling anybody to rapidly brake or accelerate a vehicle by simple manipulation of pushing or rotating a handle by accelerating or braking the vehicle while an acceleration rod and a brake rod are rotated in opposite directions when the handle is pushed or rotated. Especially, another purpose of the present invention is to provide the vehicle hand control device for the disabled, capable of preventing accidents which might occur due to the acceleration (or braking) of the vehicle when a user tries to brake (or accelerate) the vehicle by mistake by allowing the handle to rotate in different directions to operate the acceleration rod and the brake rod. In addition, another purpose of the present invention is to provide the vehicle hand control device for the disabled, capable of mounting the hand control device according to the present invention proper to an internal space of a driver′s seat manufactured in different structures according to a vehicle model by installing the brake rod and the acceleration rod by arbitrarily adjusting a rotational angle or a rotational length of the brake rod and the acceleration rod, especially, capable of installing the hand control device by adjusting a mounting position proper to a hand movable range of a driver according to an impairment level of the driver even though the vehicle models are the same.
