The present invention relates to an electronic device responding to eye fatigue of a user and a display control method of the electronic device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an operation method of the electronic device includes the following steps: detecting a motion event; tracking a state of the user and a state of the electronic device in response to the motion event; changing an option related to a screen display in the electronic device based on the tracking performance result; and outputting a result corresponding to the change in the option.
