1. A method for a user equipment (UE) transmitting a measurement report message in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
transmitting, capability information related to supportable carriers of the user equipment, to a serving base station; receiving, information related to at least one secondary carrier configured for the user equipment, from the serving base station via a primary carrier; wherein the at least one secondary carrier is configured based on the capability information related to supportable carriers of the user equipment, receiving measurement report configuration information from a serving base station, the measurement report configuration information related to at least one secondary carrier, performing a measurement for the at least one secondary carrier; and transmitting the measurement report message including a measurement result for the at least one secondary carrier to the serving BS when a channel state of a carrier of a neighbor base station is better by a predetermined value than a channel state of a carrier of the serving base station.
