PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a size of a relief valve in a direction along its axial direction and make its compact formation.SOLUTION: A seal valve 38 acting as a flow control valve comprises a motor valve 52, a relief valve 54 and a valve casing 56. The motor valve 52 opens or closes a passage through an electrical control. The relief valve 54 has a positive pressure relief valve mechanism for opening a valve when a pressure at a more upstream side of the motor valve 52 is equal to or more than a predetermined positive pressure value and a negative pressure relief valve mechanism for opening the valve when a pressure at a more upstream side of the motor valve 52 is equal to or less than the predetermined negative pressure value. The valve casing 56 stores the motor valve 52 and the relief valve 54. The motor valve 52 and the relief valve 54 are arranged in such a way that their axial directions are in opposite directions to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
