PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling hole formation apparatus capable of efficiently performing formation even in the case of a large-diameter drilling hole.SOLUTION: A drilling hole formation apparatus 10 includes: a workbench 1 (1A) that is freely rotated on a ground Ga in the state of straddling a drilling hole P to be formed; a shaft 2 that is suspended from the workbench 1; and a work machine 3 that is mounted in such a manner as to be freely movable along the shaft 2.
