A switch (45) exists between first and second terminals (46, 47) provided for the connector (13), and is configured to be in ON when the connector (13) is in connection to the inlet (22), and to be in OFF when the connector is in separation. A first power supply (41) is connected to an electrical circuit including the first and second terminals (46, 47), and configured to supply electrical power during ON period of the switch (45). A judgement circuit (43) is configured to monitor an electrical state of at least one of the first and second terminals (46, 47) and output a monitor signal showing a judgment result of ON or OFF of the switch (45). |
