Disclosed is an elevator synchronous door vane device with a retaining assembly, comprising a door vane baseboard (1), a pull device (2), a four-bar linkage mechanism constituted of a driving swing arm (3), a driven swing arm (4), a first door vane (5), a second door vane (6). The elevator synchronous door vane device also comprises a retaining assembly (7). The retaining assembly (7) comprises a first movable rod (70), a second movable rod (71), and a connection shaft (72) connecting the first movable rod (70) and the second movable rod (71). The connection shaft (72) has an overhang end provided with a guide device (73). The retaining assembly (7) also comprises a guide plate engaging to the guide device (73). By adopting the retaining assembly, the elevator synchronous door vane device can simultaneously open or close a car door and a landing door of the elevator, preventing shaking of the elevator door, closing the car door when a malfunction occurs and the elevator stops in a non-gate region, allowing the car door to drive the landing door to be opened when the elevator stops in a gate region, and simplifying the door vane device having a door opening prevention function.
