PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing obstruction of arm rotation caused by foreign matter in liquid.SOLUTION: A fuel liquid level detecting device 20 comprises: a rotary member fixed to an arm at the rotary center of the arm to which a float is fitted; a magnet 26 fixed to the rotary member; a body 32 rotatably supporting the rotary member; and a magnetic sensor that outputs signals matching the rotation of the magnet 26 opposing the sensor via the body 32. A cylindrical outer circumferential wall 34 is arranged in the body 32. A supporting point part 24c comprises a cover 24d that covers the outer circumferential wall 34 and an opposite wall 24e that opposes the inner circumferential face of the outer circumferential wall 34. A gap between the body 32 and the magnet 26b communicates with an external space via a gap between the outer circumferential wall 34 and the cover 24d and a gap between the outer circumferential wall 34 and the opposite wall 24e, and is larger than the gap between the outer circumferential wall 34 and the cover 24d opposite wall 24e and the gap between the outer circumferential wall 34 and the opposite wall 24e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
