PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical pole-mounting device which is capable of pole-mounting a pole-mounted apparatus in a rectangular box shape in a stable state and especially adapted to pole-mount the apparatus over supporting pieces positioned via a crossarm, such that heat from the apparatus is unlikely to transfer to the crossarm.SOLUTION: A mounting metal 2 is formed from a center assembling piece 2a and opposing supporting pieces 2b and 2b' at both sides along a length direction of the assembling piece 2a. The assembling pieces 2a of the mounting metals 2 are overlapped on top and bottom faces of a crossarm 1 in a rectangular cylinder shape protruding from an electric pole D in a cantilever beam shape, and a pair of mounting metals 2 and 2 are fastened to the crossarm 1 by a bolt. One box-shaped pole-mounted apparatus Lis spread between the supporting pieces 2b and 2b of one of the mounting metals 2, and the other pole-mounted apparatus Lis spread between the supporting pieces 2b' and 2b' of the other mounting metal, and the pole-mounted apparatuses are fixed by fixing screws 3a and 3b, respectively.
