PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of generated restriction of network implementation with large cost in the conventional technique that requires the exchange of a frame switching apparatus in the existing network in order to reduce unnecessary frame transmission due to flooding.SOLUTION: When the destination address in a received frame satisfies a predetermined condition concerning the occurrence of flooding, there is provided means for assembling and transmitting a frame, to request a target terminal having the destination address, a frame in which the own terminal is set to be a destination address and the target terminal is set to be a source address. |
