PURPOSE: A combined level and vertical line measurement device is provided to accurately measure a tilt angle in a vertical or horizontal direction by setting cross-shaped center points double. CONSTITUTION: A bolt is screw coupled to grooves formed at four planes of a base member(1), and weights(31,32,33,34) have cross-shaped center points and a lid(2) has cross-shaped center points marked at four planes(21,22) of the lid, wherein center points of the weight and center points of the lid correspond with each other. Center points of weights maintain perpendicularity and horizontal level without change of position, however, center points of four planes of the lid move in accordance with an object. Thus, perpendicularity and horizontal level of the object are obtained from the movement of center points of four planes of the lid.
