PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new substrate binding-power regulator for changing the binding power of a substrate and a molecular sensor, in changing the detection range of the molecular sensor having a specificity to the substrate.SOLUTION: A molecular sensor 2 having a specificity to a predetermined substrate 1 includes: a factor 3 having a specificity to the substrate 1; and a substrate binding-power regulator 4 for regulating the binding power of the substrate 1 and the factor 3. The substrate binding-power regulator 4 is inert to the substrate 1 and factor 3, is dissolved in a solution containing the factor 3 at a predetermined concentration, and includes compounds for changing the association constant (Ka/M) of the factor 3 to the substrate 1 at a rate of at least three times or more, or a salt or derivative of them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
