WEDGE CHISEL, CRUSHING METHOD AND CRUSHING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase efficiency of a crushing work using a wedge chisel by preventing the wedge chisel from biting into a borehole.SOLUTION: A wedge chisel comprises: a chisel body, which has a shaft structure extending in an axial direction in parallel with a first direction in which a borehole is formed on an object to be crushed; and a spiral structure in which multiple chips are spirally arranged on a side face of the chisel body and a distance between an axis of the chisel body and a tip of the chip gradually decreases toward the tip of the chisel body. As the chisel body is pushed into the borehole in the first direction while rotating around the axis, the tip of the chip presses against an inner wall of the borehole in a direction perpendicular to the first direction and crushes rocks around the borehole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
