PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone with which it is possible to maintain the operational feeling of a conventional pattern lock while improving the confidentiality of a pattern when unlocking a predetermined function.SOLUTION: A portable telephone allows a predetermined function to be locked. The portable telephone comprises a processor and an electrostatic key. The electrostatic key includes a plurality of operation keys and electrostatic sensors provided on top of the plurality of operation keys. If, when the function is locked, a series of input operations including a swipe operation by a finger, with the finger kept in contact with an electrostatic key, and a push-down operation on at least one operation key among the plurality of operation keys are accepted, the processor unlocks the function on condition that the swipe operation matches a predetermined gesture operation and that the number of times the push-down operation is performed on any operation key matches the number of times defined for each operation key.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
