PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a developer removed from a rotary member from being adhered again to the rotary member compared with a configuration not providing a non-magnetic part.SOLUTION: A developing device 50 comprises a developing sleeve 57, a magnet roll 58, a supply member 62, and a suppression member 70. The developing sleeve 57 rotates inside a developing chamber 55. The magnet roll 58 has a pick-up pole N2 and a pick-off pole N3 magnetically attached thereto. The pick-up pole N2 pumps up a developer G to the developing sleeve 57. The pick-off pole N3 removes the developer G from the developing sleeve 57. The supply member 62 supplies the developer G to the developing sleeve 57. The suppression member 70 is non-magnetic, and is at least partially arranged on the downstream side in the direction of rotation with respect to a first virtual line K1 connecting the center of rotation of the supply member 62 and the pick-off pole N3 between the developing sleeve 57 and the supply member 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
