PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method enabling an operator to easily instruct print processing to an image forming apparatus without requiring a high-performance application in a client device side.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus capable of communicating with an external device comprises: storage means that includes a folder; setting means that sets a print condition corresponding to the folder; and printing means that prints a print target file transmitted from the external device and stored in the folder on the basis of the print condition set by the setting means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
