PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the energy by preventing the quick start and stop of a flow equalibrium adjusting device. SOLUTION: This flow equalibrium adjusting device has a storage chamber inside thereof to store a control valve plate having elastic members at both sides, a top end of the control valve plate is formed on a cylinder, and provided with a hydraulic inlet 17 in which a piston member mounted on the control valve plate is fitted and which is communicated to the cylinder, further a control valve 10 is mounted on an inlet conduit 21 of the hydraulic machine 20, and the hydraulic inlet 17 is connected to an outlet conduit 22 of the hydraulic machine 20 by means of a connecting pipe 23. Whereby the water pressure of the outlet conduit 22 of the hydraulic machine 20 can be introduced into the cylinder, and a height position of the control valve plate can be changed by the interaction of the water pressure and the elastic force of the elastic member. |
