O-Alkyl-O-(6-dialkylcarbamoyloxy-pyrimidin-4-yl)-(thiono)(thiol)-phosp horic (phosphonic) acid esters and esteramides of the formula in which R is alkyl, R1 is alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylamino, alkyl or phenyl, R2 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylamino or phenyl, R3 and R4 each independently is alkyl, R5 is hydrogen, alkyl or halogen, and X is oxygen or sulphur, which possess arthropodicidal properties.
