PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst holder in which a photocatalyst and a metal is held on a substrate, and the metal can be used efficiently, a method for producing the photocatalyst holder, and a photocatalyst filter device having the photocatalyst holder. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst holder has the hard porous substrate 71, a photocatalyst layer 76 held on the surface of the porous substrate 71, and a metal element 80 held on the photocatalyst layer 76. The metal element is concentrated on the surface of the photocatalyst layer 76. The photocatalyst holder is produced appropriately by a method including a process for forming the photocatalyst layer on the surface of the porous substrate and a process for holding the metal element to be concentrated on the surface of the photocatalyst layer. The photocatalyst filter device is constituted mainly of the photocatalyst holder. |
