摘要 The percussion device is intended for use in various branches of construction such as, for example, compaction of soils in confined conditions, destruction of concrete and bitumen-concrete pavements, stone blocks, loosening of solid and hard-frozen earth. The percussion device is provided with a casing (1), in the inner space of which a housing (2) with radial passages (32, 35, 36, 42, 45, 48) is accommodated while being enabled to move in a reciprocating manner. Mounted in the casing (1) is a working tool (23), the shank (22) of which is guided into the stroke volume of the housing (2). Accommodated in the stroke volume of the housing (2) of stepped configuration is a percussion piston (11), likewise of stepped shape and having sections of larger diameter (14) and smaller diameter (12, 13), which forms with the housing (2) three stroke volumes (18, 19, 20). The stroke volume (18) is used for filling with pressure gas and here appears as a pressure-gas accumulator. The stroke volume (19) communicates with the hydraulic discharge line (33) via the passage (32). The stroke volume (20) is connected by the radial passages (35, 36) to the hydraulic pressure line (34). The intermediate distance between the radial passages (32 and 35) in the housing (2), which are connected to the hydraulic pressure and discharge line (4' and 5'), can be divided by the maximum intermediate distance between the working tool (23) and the percussion piston (11). A stem (21) movable in the axial direction is accommodated coaxially to the working tool (23) in the housing (2), one end projecting into the stroke volume (18) and the other end interacting with the casing (1) to transmit a force to the casing (1) from the pressure-gas accumulator. In order to bring about its automatic mode of operation, the percussion device is equipped with a hydraulic distributor (7) which has accommodated in the cylindrical inner space (38) of its housing (37) a slide (46) which separates this cylindrical inner space into two sections (40 and 41). One section (40) of the cylindrical inner space is constantly connected to the stroke volume (19) by a radial passage (45) of the housing (2). The other section (41) of the cylindrical inner space of the hydraulic distributor (7) communicates via a radial passage (48) with an annular recess (15) on the percussion piston (11). Made in the circumferential surface of the hydraulic distributor is a bore (39) which is covered in alternating manner by the slide (46) and is connected via the radial passage (42) in the housing (2) to the stroke volume (20) communicating with the hydraulic pressure line (34). <IMAGE>
