发明名称 OILING OF THERMOPLASTIC SYNTHETIC FIBER
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide thermoplastic synthetic fibers having an excellent drawing property and a high strength utilizing rate, by melt-spinning a thermoplastic polymer and subsequently imparting to the melt-spun fibers two kinds of oiling agents having a friction coefficient between the thermoplastic synthetic fibers and a metal and a friction coefficient between the monofilaments in specific values, respectively, separately before and after the substantial drawing of the fibers. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic polymer is melt-spun and solidified under cooling. The produced fibers are subjected to the below-mentioned two step oiling processes corresponding to the characteristics of the oiling agents. Namely, before the substantial drawing of the fibers is performed, as oiling agent (A) having a friction coefficient between the thermoplastic synthetic fibers and a metal in a value of <=0.23 is imparted to the fiber and, after the substantial drawing is carried out, an oiling agent (B) having a friction coefficient between the monofilaments of the thermoplastic synthetic fibers in a value of <=2.7 is imparted to the fibers. The oiling agent A includes 25-30C diesters having side chains and triesters such as coconut oil and the oiling agent B includes polyester.ester series waxes and high mol wt. silicones.
