PURPOSE:To enhance the adhesive properties of coating by heat treating a molded product in the amine atmosphere after releasing when an inner releasing agent is added to a reactive mixture and a synthetic resin molded product is manufactured. CONSTITUTION:As for an inner section releasing agent, a substance containing a metallic soap such as zinc stearate or the like, and as for an amine compound to be used for heat treatment, a substance to be able to react with an isocyanate active group can be used. A molded product 2 to be heat treated is set in a heat treatment chamber 6 in a heat treatment device 5, and heated air is sent to the heat treatment chamber 6. The amine compound is fed from an amine compound feeding device 10, and the heat treatment of the molded product is carried out in the amine atmosphere. Accordingly, the isocyanate active group remaining unreactive in the molded product is reacted with the amine compound, and as the inner releasing agent is separated from amine and the separation onto the molded product surface is prevented, the heat treatment time is shortened and the heat treatment temperature is lowered without damaging the adhesive properties of coating. |
