CONTINUOUS VULCANIZING METHOD OF RUBBER PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To prevent effectively a surface from oxidative deterioration regardless of types of vulcanizing agent, by controlling the oxygen content in a vulcanizing vessel or cylinder to be a specified % or less and vulcanizing an unvulcanized rubber molding in the atmosphere with an oxygen content of a specified % or less. CONSTITUTION:The atmosphere in a vulcanizing vessel or cylinder is substituted by an inert gas and the oxygen content is controlled to be 10% or less. Therefore, the oxidative deterioration of the surface of rubber product during vulcanization can be effectively prevented.
