Mounting frame for motor vehicle radiator - has slide mounting cooling block and fittings for condenser and oil cooler

The support frame of moulded plastics material is rectangular and receives the radiator block honeycomb slid in from one end. The fan is in a ducted mounted complete with electric motor and has a clip fitting to one side of the mounting. The other side of the mounting has tags to fasten the cooling coils of a condenser for an air conditioning system while the underside of the frame can take an oil cooler. The whole system is held in the vehicle by bottom tags (6) and top mounting brackets (16). The system is preassembled on the bench, complete with top mounted expansion tank made from moulded plastics materials. ADVANTAGE - Lightweight; simple assembly; versatile.
