PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the access right management method of contents (video/ voice) for realizing fine access management by managing the private part and openable part of the contents having a time axis, and clarifying a targeted person who is able to perform access to each part. SOLUTION: In this access right management method of contents, the contents are divided into access control units designated by a start point and end point in the contents or the start point and the length of the contents, and the access control units are respectively set with access rights so that the access management of the whole part and/or a part of the information of the contents having a time axis can be realized.
