PURPOSE:To prevent useless current consumption without lighting a lighting fixture at a light time zone by providing a control circuit section controlling the lighting of the lighting fixture depending on a time read from a clock circuit section. CONSTITUTION:A clock circuit section 101 measures time and transmits the present time to a control circuit section 102 by receiving a signal requesting the present time information from the control circuit section 102. The control circuit section 102 discriminates whether or not the lighting fixture is to be lighted depending on the current time signal to be received and sends a signal to a lighting section 103 when the time requires the lighting to light the lighting section 103 but does not send a signal to the lighting section 103 when the time dose not require the lighting. Since whether or not the lighting fixture is to be lighted is discriminated in this way, the current consumption is reduced.
