PURPOSE:To enable the increasing of uniformity of toner drop by providing an ultrasound oscillation generation device on a toner control device and generating an oscillation of constant width. CONSTITUTION:The subject device is composed of a toner storage vessel 10, a toner supply roller 12 installed at the opening part 11 of the toner storage vessel 10, a toner control device 20 installed near the toner supply roller 12 or in a state where the device 20 is pressed against the roller 12, an ultrasonic oscillation generation device 30 which gives an ultrasonic oscillation to the toner control device 20 and a base electrode 50 positioned below the toner control device 20 and opposed to the toner control device 20. The toner control device 20 consists of a conductive substrate 21 with toner transmission holes 22, the first mesh member 23 provided on the top of the conductive substrate 21 and the second mesh member 25 arranged through an absolute linear member 24 on the lower surface of the conductive substrate 21. The first mesh member 23 is positioned near or pressed against the toner supply roller 12. An ultrasonic oscillation is generated to the toner supply control device by the ultrasonic oscillation generation device 30, but this ultrasonic oscillation is transmitted to the first mesh member 23 of the toner control device 20. |
