<p>PURPOSE:To conduct cutting a wire and cutting and peeling a covering automatically and efficiently by holding a covered wire between feeding side and receiving side roller pairs and by providing a freely movable cutter unit between both roller pairs. CONSTITUTION:Respective actuating parts provided on the front surface of the cover 14 of an apparatus are operated by the unshown push-button of the operation panel 16 on the top surface. Feeding side and receiving side feed roller pairs 1a, 1b and 2a, 2b are spread according to a wire diameter and an unshown covered wire is inserted from a guid block 8 to reach receiving side feed rollers 2a, 2b via guide pipe 9, extension sleeve 10 and cutter unit 6 to stop the rollers. Then, the cutter part 6a of the cutter unit 6 is brought into contact with the wire to move a cutter unit 6 in the axial direction of the wire to peel and cut the wire while cutting a covering. Thus, the termination processeing of the wire and intermediate peeling for multipoint connection are performed automatically and efficiently.</p> |
