<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate high function and high performance because newly developed technology is utilized without complicated standardization by realizing the signal storage device with long time and high quality and easy handling and easy carrying. CONSTITUTION:A base band signal inputted from a terminal is subjected to high efficiency coding to be a compressed signal and stored in a memory circuit 8. The compression signal reproduced from the memory circuit 8 is outputted from a terminal as a reproduced base band signal in a decoder 9. Input output terminals, a coding means, a storage means and a decoding means are formed on a same printed circuit board.</p> |
