<p>PURPOSE:To suppress the display unevenness caused by the substrate film of an ununiform film thickness and to reduce a manufacturing coat by supplying it to the preprocessing process of an oriented film in a liquid crystal display element. CONSTITUTION:This cassette is constituted of a pair of side plates 3, 3 having a nearly rectangular parallelepiped shape arranged with a fixed interval, vertically and opposing each other and a pair of connecting plates 2, 2 connecting these side plates 3, 3 in both end parts. The side plate 3 having a nearly L-shape in a section is constituted of an erected surface 3a and a prolonging surface 3b prolonged and formed on the lower end part of the erected surface 3a. Plural groove parts 4... with a U-shape in a section vertically supporting a substrate 5 shown by a double dotted chain line in figure are formed in the inside of the side plates 3, 3, and these groove parts 4... are formed on the erected surface 3a, and are constituted of vertical groves with a wide groove width and horizontal grooves formed on the prolonging surface 3b and with a narrow groove width.</p> |
