PURPOSE: To immediately answer to a customer and automatically obtain a delivery plan of minimum lowest cost by repeatedly inputting a delivery day and a delivery time zone and searching for a delivery route, and updating and outputting a delivery plan file on the basis of a determined delivery route. CONSTITUTION: When a customer code, a desired delivery day, and a delivery time zone are inputted by a customer from a speech input device 201 by using a push-button tone through a telephone line, a delivery route which meets the conditions is searched for over a wide area. When the delivery route meeting matching the delivery day and delivery time zone is present, an acknowledgement tone is outputted from a speech output device 203 through the telephone line and a delivery route which meets the conditions and minimizes the cost is searched for within a small area. When the delivery route which meets the conditions is not found, an error tone is outputted from the speech output device 203 and the respective steps mentioned above are repeated; when an end number is inputted from the input device 203, the telephone line is disconnected. Then a delivery plan file is updated with the determined route and outputted to the output device 204. |
