PURPOSE: To improve an output signal level by decreasing the level of the spurious radiation wave from the surface acoustic wave device, to facilitate the design of a spurious radiation wave elimination filter provided outside an output electrode and to reduce the number of components of the filter. CONSTITUTION: In the surface acoustic wave device having two input electrodes 2, 3 exciting 1st and 2nd surface acoustic waves and an output electrode 8 extracting convolution of the two surface acoustic waves caused by the nonlinear effect as an electric signal on a piezoelectric substrate 1, the input electrodes 2, 3 have electrodes and plural electrode pads 4, 5, 6, 7 connected to the electrodes, and the electrode pads 4, 6 at ground side among the electrode pads are led up to between the input electrodes 2, 3 and the output electrode 8 and a filter 10 is connected to an output terminal of the output electrode 8. |
