PURPOSE: To keep bean curd packs at a desired high temperature in a manner such that the bean curd packs are sequentially packed one by one and are conveyed in a line on a conveyer and the conveyed bean curd packs are soaked and heated in a heating water tank in a state where they are lined, and they are taken out of the heating water tank. CONSTITUTION: A pair of endless chains 22 are stretched over a pair of winding sprocket wheels 12, a pair of soaking sprocket wheels 16 which are supported by axes above a heating water tank 10 and five snaking sprocket wheels 20 in the heating water tank 10. A number of baskets 32 are successively hung at predetermined intervals between the pair of endless chains 22. Bean curd packs 48 lined up on a bean curd pack conveyer 58 are put in the baskets 32 in a state where the packs 48 are lined up, soaked in the heating water tank 10 and heated. After that, the bean curd packs 48 are taken out of the heating water tank 10 in the lined state. Thus, the beam curd packs 48 can be held to a desired high temperature and bean curd which is good for a long period of time can be made. |
