Energy recovery and irrigation system producing hydrogen and oxygen

The process involves production of the necessary H2 conventionally by electrolysis from water or other sources at a valley station (2) whence it ascends through pipes to the mountain station (2) while the heavier O2 is piped to the same destination through pumping stations (3). Electric power and pure water are produced by conventional H2-O2 reaction, and the water descends to hydroelectric power stations (4). Unless tapped off at some intermediate point for irrigation or drinking purposes, it returns to the valley station for recycling.
