PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject device capable of recovering carbon dioxide variably generated in time series on the fermentation of beer by disposing on a low stage side a booster screw compressor outputting swing-like extrusion pressures as the suction pressures of a carbon dioxide compressor on a high stage side in response to the change in the generation amount of the carbon dioxide. SOLUTION: A booster screw compressor 12 outputting swing-like extrusion pressures as the suction pressures of a carbon dioxide compressor 23 on a high stage side in response to the changes in the time series generation amount of carbon dioxide is disposed on a low stage side in a device for liquidizing the carbon dioxide generated on the fermentation of beer. The screw compressor 12 for a booster may be a water injection cooling style compressor. The changes in the time series generation amount of the carbon dioxide may be detected by the changes in the inner pressure of a gas balloon. |
