<p>The invention concerns a computer-based tool for studying electrical architectures designed to be installed inside a motor vehicle, characterised in that it comprises: storage means wherein are stored primary data files describing elements such as control members, sensors, computer electronic inputs and outputs, computer input and output power units, thin-film electronic circuit diagrams associated with said electronic computer inputs and outputs, power components, electronic components, electrical connections; means for updating said primary data; means enabling an operator to produce from said primary data functions each defined in particular by a list of elements of the type of those described in the primary data files, as well as by the description of all the connections between these various elements; storage means wherein are stored the resulting functions; means for automatically defining from a list of functions selected by an operator a module or computer wherein the different elements corresponding to the primary data of said functions are consolidated so as to avoid useless redundancies for said primary data; and means enabling identify the different elements corresponding to the primary data of the different functions thus consolidated in said computer module.</p> |
