PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid mixing apparatus capable of obtaining a good mixed state and holding an accurate mixing ratio when a plurality of liquids are to be mixed. SOLUTION: A liquid mixing apparatus is equipped with a tank 13 having a mixing chamber 12 formed therein, mixing means 15A, 15B connected to the tank 13 at every liquids and atomizing both liquids in the mixing chamber 12 to mix them, and an emitting port 16 emitting the mixed liquid liquefied and mixed in the mixing chamber 12 from the mixing chamber 12. By this constitution, the liquids to be mixed are atomized by the mixing means 15A, 15B to be mixed in the mixing chamber 12 and liquefied after mixed and are emitted from the emitting port 16.
