PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a power storage without pressing a running toy by a method wherein an air compressing means which is at a location being away from the running toy under a state wherein the running toy is stopped by a stopper, an expanding means is expanded through a distributing means, and power of the running toy is stored by a hoisting means. SOLUTION: When a toy automobile is started, first, a stopper 17 of a starter 10 is placed under a raised state, and the automobile is placed on a hoisting means 13, and a steel plate on the toy side is attracted by a magnet 28. Then, a switch of a pumping device is set at a hoisting mode, and by performing a lever operation, the hoisting means 13 is slid to the rear side B, and the taking up of a power spring of a driving unit in the automobile is performed by rotating tires of the automobile. Then, the switch of the pumping device is switched to a starting mode, and after the crushing amount of the air compressing means 14 is made unlimited, by performing a lever operation, the expanding means 15 is expanded. Thus, the magnet 28 is separated from the automobile, and the automobile is started by the power spring force.
