PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device with a new structure different from conventional structures, equipped with at least one pair of rotating shafts which rotate in the same direction at approx. the same revolution speed by a driving motor, and eccentric shafts provided on both ends of the rotating shafts. SOLUTION: This driving device 1 has a frame body. On the frame body, a driving motor 11 and at least one pair of rotating shafts 16, 17 are provided. The at least one pair of the rotating shafts 16, 17 are interlinked with the driving motor 11 in a manner to rotate in the same direction at approx. the same revolution speed. On both ends of the at least one pair of the rotating shafts 16, 17, rotating members 22, 26, 33, 36 equipped with eccentric shafts 23, 27, 34, 37 are provided, and the eccentric shafts 23, 34 of the rotating members 22, 33 on one end side are provided in a manner to be approx. symmetrical with the eccentric shafts 27, 37 of the rotating members 26, 36 on the other end with the rotating shafts 16, 17 as the centers. One rotating member 33 constitutes output parts 32, 32 which feed power to another device. On the frame body, an attaching part 43 to attach another device, is provided.
