PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain small and compact constitution and to improve weight balance by oppositely rotating two pumps, forming pump casing in a form along each rotating directions, housing two driving motors in an integrated motor case and covering it with an outer case to eliminate the dead space. SOLUTION: The respective pump casings for rotating clockwise and counterclockwise 13 and 14 are screwed to the lower part of the motor case, runners 15 and 16 for rotating clockwise and counterclockwise are force-fitted to the driving motors and respective casing covers for rotating clockwise and counterclockwise 17 and 18 are screwed. A water absorbing port 19 is opened at the center of the lower surface of each cover 17 and 18 and each drawing nozzle part 22 and 23 is formed at a channel toward each jetting ports 20 and 21. This pump body is covered with an outer case divided into two. The voltage of inverse polarity is applied to the driving motor to rotate each runner 15 and 16 to suck hot water in a bathtub from the port 19 to jet into the bathtub from each port 20 and 21 and air is sucked by negative pressure generated by each part 22 and 23 to make a bubble water stream.
