PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting filter for vacuum cleaner wherein interior sheets are laminated in multilayer and an antibacterial agent or a deodorant is applied to each sheet. SOLUTION: A bag-shaped body 4 of a dust collecting filter for a vacuum cleaner which is detachably provided in a dust collecting chamber of the vacuum cleaner to capture dust drawn into the dust collecting chamber is comprised of an exterior sheet 3 for capturing dust and an interior sheet 28 wherein a first interior sheet 1 is laminated to a second interior sheet 2, and an antibacterial agent or a deodorant is applied to each of the interior sheets. Thus, bacteria are prevented from being propagated in the dust collecting filter, while a malodor of dust can be removed.
