PURPOSE: A flow control valve is provided to achieve an improved flow control performance and durability while reducing manufacturing costs and assembling procedures. CONSTITUTION: A control valve comprises a valve body(21) having an inlet port(21a), an outlet port(21b) and a fluid flow channel(21c) for connecting the inlet port and the outlet port to be communicated with each other; a first cover plate(23) fixed to the valve body in such a manner as to form a space(22) communicated to the fluid flow channel of the valve body; a spool(24) accommodated into the fluid flow channel to be reciprocally movable in a linear fashion, and which opens/shuts off the outlet port by the reciprocal motion; a piezoelectric element(25) attached to the valve body; and a rotation link(27) supported to be rotatable at the intermediate portion of the valve body through a hinge pin(26), and which has both ends connected to the spool and piezoelectric element.
