PURPOSE: A device for generating synchronizing signals of an optical disk reproducing system, is provided to generate synchronizing signals using wobble signals and RF(Radio Frequency) signals when reproducing an optical disk having blank blocks, so that data can be promptly and stably reproduced. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) unit(310) receives and processes data signals read from an optical disk(101), and generates RF signals and wobble signals according to the processing, for outputting. A wobble synchronizing signal generating unit(320) generates signals synchronized with the phase of the wobble signals received from the RF unit(310). An RF synchronizing signal generating unit(330) calculates phase deviation between the RF signals received from the RF unit(310) and signals fed-back from the second VCO(Voltage Controlled Oscillator)(109), and calculates frequency deviation between the signals received from the wobble synchronizing signal generating unit(320) and the signals fed-back from the second VCO(109). Then, the RF synchronizing signal generating unit(330) generates predetermined synchronizing signals for stably reproducing data, using the calculated phase deviation and frequency deviation.
