APPARATUS FOR COMPENSATING TEMPERATURE OF CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR

PURPOSE: An apparatus for compensating a temperature of a crystal oscillator is provided to reduce a data stored in an EP-ROM by selecting a point of data sensed by a temperature sensor at every predetermined interval and making a data with it. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor(21) outputs a voltage value corresponding to a circumference temperature of a crystal oscillator. A CAP-ARRAY(24) changes a capacitance on the basis of the sensed temperature and provides the changed capacitance as a crystal resonator. A 5-bit EP-ROM(25) stores the capacitance corresponding to a predetermined interval after dividing total interval that can be sensed by the temperature sensor into the predetermined interval. An operation device(26) calculates the capacitance when the temperature sensor senses the temperature to not be stored in the memory. A digital controller(23) outputs control signal that changes the capacitance of the capacitor circuit to provide the calculated capacitance as crystal resonator.
