PURPOSE: A fuel tank cleaning device of vehicle improves the purity of fuel by removing certainly remained alien materials, such as water vapor or impurities in a fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A fuel tank cleaning device of vehicle comprises a water separator(13), a suction pump(16), a filter(17), an injection pump(21) and a housing(11). The water separator(13) separates a water such as a water vapor included in a fuel in a fuel tank. The suction pump(16) sends the fuel of the fuel tank to the water separator(13) by compression. The filter(17) connected to one side of the suction pump(16) removes the alien material included in the fuel sent to the water separator(13). The injection pump(21) compresses and sends again pure fuel separated in the water separator(13) into the fuel tank. The housing(11) mounts the members thereon.
